Which was consisted by 13 floors and 23 floors. At year 1997 & 98, he sub the Optima Jaya Hotel Project from Kurihala Sdn. Bhd. At that moment, he supervised and leading more than 70 workers, however he still able to accomplish the whole project within the time frame.
